This capture collection is a collection of amp/cab and DI captures based off a beautiful Boogie Fillmore 25 amplifier. The bundle is a set of captures based off my favorite settings on the amp meticulously captured through the combos 1x12 Boogie Custom 90 speaker mic’ed with a Royer R10 ribbon mic.
This bundle captures capture an array of different gain and channel settings. The bundle includes 9 amp/cab captures (amp > mic > mic pre) all at various channel, gain and tonal settings through the previously mentioned speaker cab. The collection also includes 9 DI (amp only) captures which will need an IR/Speaker loaded to sound as intended. The naming convention for the captures are, for example, as follows:
js_phil_mo_25_ult_(di)_xxx_x
The ‘xxx’ signifies the channel of the amp that was used (Clean/Drive/Hi). The ‘x’ signifies the overall level of gain from that channel. If the name contains “DI”, that capture will be an amp only capture that will require an IR to sound as intended.
These captures are created to sound most accurate with an input level of 0dbu = -11 dbfs.
